LITTLE WARS PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Please see below for pre-registration for Little Wars 2012! 

 

A block of hotel rooms (listed under Little Wars 2012) will be reserved for $89.00 (same as last year) per night at the Pheasant Run Resort, so call 1-630-584-6300  today to reserve a room.  Also, if you are interested in volunteering for the convention, contact Richard Wright at

Pre-registered attendees can pick up their pre-registration packets (summary, badge, event tickets) at the registration desk Thursday April 26th, 2012 from 7 to 9pm or during normal desk hours Friday-Sunday April 27-29 2012.

PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY or TYPE! Illegible handwriting is our single biggest registration problem and could result in a misspelled badge name or, worse yet, an incorrect event registration.

HMGS Members - Midwest Chapter : 2011 Midwest chapter memberships expire April 26th, 2012. Members renewing prior to, or at, Little Wars and new members will receive the HMGS admission prices immediately!

HMGS Members - Other Chapters : Members of other HMGS chapters must show a current membership card to receive member rates.

Bounced checks will be assessed fees equal to those assessed by the society's bank.

Events

You can pre-register for one event per day. Use the "Event ID" in the Preliminary Event Listing (PEL), for example "E059". Slots are assigned on a first-come basis. Please print legibly as a poorly written number may be misread and result in you being registered for an event other than the one intended! Note that War College events do not require registration at all.
